Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding holidays, after payment confirmation. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days - we'll always notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of your order:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, severe weather, high shipping volume during peak periods).
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future - sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Damages
Frenklee is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
